    Nice post Bob. I couldn’t agree more with your three keys, especially the point to “cover all the bases” prior to the pitch. I have always felt that you win new business before the pitch. If you put all of your effort into the day of the presentation, and neglect building a relationship before the pitch, you are fighting an uphill battle. People hire people they like and trust. They can’t trust you if they don’t know who you are and how you think.
