We are starting to transition our on-site learning programs into on-line learning programs for agencies to use individually on an as-needed-basis. The first program being transitioned is on building chemistry as a new business tool. Others will follow on a regular basis. The advantage is that the learning will be available on a reduced cost basis without the need for travel to the agency and the need to use valuable agency time for the training. The on-line videos can be viewed any time convenient to agency personnel.
