Phone Consulting

With Skype and the expanded use of webinars, we have started consulting more and more on-line, essentially over the phone, charging by the hour for time spent.  The savings are great because the agency only pays for the time on-line, and the hourly rate is usually less since there is no need to cover travel time, no transportation charges, and essentially no time out of the office for the consultant.  And often an agency situation can be improved or corrected by timely advice over the phone, rather than a full-day’s engagement.
